This book constitutes the thoroughly refereed post-proceedings of the 19th International Workshop on Implementation and Applications of Functional Languages, IFL 2007, held in Freiburg, Germany in September 2007. The 15 revised full papers presented went through two rounds of reviewing and improvement and were selected from 33 submissions.
